Book your initial appointment with Body Balance MSK Therapy and experience Soft Tissue Therapy & Sports Massage that will help you whether you are an athlete or someone with an active daily life. I will work with you to assess your individual needs and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Please allow up to 75 minutes for this appointment to go through your initial appointment form, discuss your requirements and carry out an assessment to decide what appropriate treatment is required. Mobile appointments available on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings and all day Sunday. Other days/times may be available. Please book an appointment and then contact me if you would like treatment at my home treatment room.
