Soft Tissue Therapy & Sports Massage
Soft Tissue Therapy & Sports Massage is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of the body’s soft tissues (inc muscles, tendons & ligaments) to improve health and overall well-being, aid recovery from injury, promote healing and alleviate pain.
This is carried out through a combination of massage which works through the layers of muscles as required and other advanced techniques (e.g. Soft Tissue Release & Muscle Energy Technique) that help the soft tissues to recover.
Pregnancy Massage
Your body goes through many changes during pregnancy. These changes include reducing muscular tension to allow space in some areas for the growing baby whilst increasing muscular tension elsewhere to support posture.
This can result in making you feel uncomfortable and can cause you to experience aches & pains that you did not have before.
