Bournemouth 7s Festival, which starts today, is the world's largest sport & music festival and has been described as "Sporting Glastonbury".
During the festival, there are 400 rugby, netball, hockey, dodgeball, fitness games, cheerleading and 3x3 basketball teams competing across elite and social competitions.
The weather is fortunately looking good so it is going to be a busy three days providing Sports Massage, Soft Tissue Therapy, Taping and Strapping as well as Injury Rehabilitation to the players to help get them back out playing as quickly as possible. Will be interesting to treat as many different people as possible with a wide variety of treatment requirements.
There is also entertainment on during the day and evening with 12 unique music stages comprising a wide range of music to cater for everyone. This year the headliners are Katy B, Low Steppa, Pola & Bryson, Switch Disco and 180 Society. Up to 30,000 are expected to come to the festival this year.
